Cities Europe is a part of the world with an area of about 10 million km² and a population of 733 million people (about 10% of the world’s population). Together with Asia, it forms the Eurasia continent.
There are currently 43 countries and dependent states in Europe. European countries are the most developed. The “big seven” includes four European countries: Great Britain, Germany, France and Italy. Europe is gradually becoming one big country called the European Union. More and more countries are joining the EU. As of January 1, 2019, the members of the European Union are: Latvia, Croatia, Cyprus, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Finland, Slovakia, Luxembourg, France, Hungary, Sweden, Greece, Spain, Austria, Malta, Italy, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovenia, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Estonia, Denmark. 28 countries.
